By accessing or using photocraft.today (the "site") and the PhotoCraft editor hosted on it (the "editor"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site provides
This site hosts a community build of PhotoCraft, an open-source photo editing application developed by the ArtCraft team and contributors, released under the MIT and Apache 2.0 licenses. We compile and serve the official WebAssembly build so it can run directly in your browser. We do not own or control the editor's source code or features.
Early alpha software
PhotoCraft is explicitly described by its developers as early alpha software. It is not a finished product and is not yet a full replacement for professional creative tools. The editor is provided "as is", without autosave in the browser build, and you are responsible for saving your own work. We make no guarantee that the editor will be free of bugs, data loss, or interruptions.
No account, no uploads
The editor requires no account or sign-up. Files you open are processed locally in your browser; we do not receive copies of them. You are solely responsible for the content you create, open, or export using the editor.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
- Misrepresent this site as the official PhotoCraft project or as affiliated with its original authors
- Use automated means to scrape or republish this site's content without permission
Advertising
This site displays third-party advertising to support its operating costs. Ads are served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and advertising data.
Intellectual property
PhotoCraft's source code is licensed under MIT OR Apache-2.0 by its original authors; see the official repository for full license terms. The ArtCraft name, wordmark, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are not used on this site. "PhotoCraft.today" branding and the content of this website (excluding the editor itself and its official screenshots) belong to the operator of this site.
No warranty
This site and the editor are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the editor will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site or the editor.
